pictures from Buxton

Here are some supplemental pictures to the last post, from our train trip up to Buxton.

My first English train journey. I was so excited! The countryside is really beautiful, alot like Oregon, but with really old buildings and stone walls.

The folly up above Buxton called Solomon's Temple.

It was windy up there, but so beautiful. We were having a great day.

where's mirabelle? Was she in the bar car on the train ride to Buxton? I forgot to mention a bit of an alcohol problem she's dealt with in the past. It's been a while, and it usually only pops up if she travels to other countries, gets new parents, or goes on trainrides....sorry about not mentioning this before!
